Having dropped out of college I'm currently raising money for, and writing the first draft of my next project, entitled "without cheese". It will be a feature length film shot on super16. I have ?4000 raised towards the total principal photography budget of ?10,000. I consider the post production an entirely seperate undertaking (in a monetary sense) and will probably pay for that with a personal loan from the bank.

I'm still only 22 though, but that makes me a senior citizen in relation to this board.

just finished a DVD, basically a showreel of the shorts I've worked on.

currently doing some post-production work on a friend's mockumentary... editing, titles, etc.

Newbie here and to film/video, so I'm still learning.

Been learning every aspect of video production at local public access and city/county TV stations. Been involved in a few dozen programs. Saving my pennies to take some courses (at Bay Area Video Coalition, and FilmArts Foundation).

The public access station will be covering a couple of big local events and I'll be heavily involved with those. However, I've been planning a couple of independent video projects...a short documentary on a teen girl I know who drives in demolition derbies, and a couple of short projects looking at some "unknown" local history.

I also started a script for the Zoetrope Screenplay contest...but I don't think I'm going to make this year's deadline. (Regardless, it got me writing!)
